Both payment methods are fast and safe. Once the payment process has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We want you to enjoy your products as soon as possible. Thus, we ship orders from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 a.m to 02:00 p.m CET.

Once the order is confirmed, it takes us less than 24h to process it, prepare it and ship it.


The estimated delivery time is the following:

  • 24/48h in Spain
  • 2/6 days in Europe
  • 6/10 days in the United States and Canada
  • For the rest of the world, it depends on the country’s customs release time.

Exceptionally, it may take us up to 2 days to ship the order.

The estimated delivery time depends on the delivery service companies and unusually delays may occur.

We offer free shipping to countries within the EU customs territory, on purchases over €70:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

If you visit us from any of the listed countries above, the price of our products will include the 21% Spanish Tax, mandatory for countries within the EU customs territory.

If you visit us from outside of the European Union’s customs territory, our prices will be displayed without the 21% tax.

The shipping costs of your order will be calculated on the checkout page, based on the order’s weight and volume.

If you order from outside of the EU customs territory (list below) it will be your responsibility to pay for any customs charges or fees. It is your responsibility to be informed about such costs.

All formalized orders will be notified to customers with a confirmation e-mail. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. You must check your tracking number on the transport company’s website. It might also work if you search the tracking number in Google.

We earnestly ask you to take your time picking the product you’re going to buy to avoid costs and unnecessary transport, with the aim of reducing the environmental footprint as far as possible. The reasons to request a refund or free exchange are the followings:

  • The item is faulty.
  • The item is wrongly described on the website.
  • The item is different from the sample you were shown.


If you want to return an item because you changed your mind or made a wrong decision, note that you must bear the shipping fee and ship the product by your own means to the following address:

We only accept returns if the product hasn’t been used and is in perfect condition.  You have 30 days to request a refund. All returned items must be unused.

In addition, only the value of the items will be refunded. If you request a product exchange, you will bear the shipping cost of the new product.
